Leaders in conflict management training, Maybo Ltd, has been successful in achieving ISO 9001 certification, the ultimate global benchmark for quality management.

Attaining ISO 9001 means that Maybo has adopted a Quality Management System (QMS) in line with the International Standards Organisation (ISO) and demonstrates that we are serious about delivering quality to our customers through tested processes. Within the organisation ISO 9001 creates focus and the discipline to continuously monitor, review and develop their systems so that they meet customer expectations of our service.

Roderick Hogarth of ISO specialists IMSM, who guided Maybo through its certification, said, “When it comes to meeting the needs and expectations of its clients Maybo’s commitment and performance is without question. It has been a pleasure to support them in achieving ISO 9001 certification. A lot of the work was about fine tuning as Maybo’s approach is an excellent example of how things should be done.”
